How to save username and password in Outlook salesforce?

1. Go to Tools --> Account Settings.

2. Select the account and click "Change".

3. Select "More Settings".

4. Click "Exchange Proxy Settings".

5. Make sure "Always prompt for logon credentials" is unchecked in Security tab and click "Apply"
